STEPS

  • Involve Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging principles in curriculum review

  • Utilize previously conducted research to improve equity and anti-racism

  • Remove/Restaff School Resource Officers

  • Staff education on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and anti-racism

  • Provide opportunities at all ages to improve the full child educational experience
